Beach Mission – Foundation that organizes evangelization trips to youth vacation destinations, processes personal data and other data in accordance with applicable laws. Your privacy is very important to us and we handle your personal data with care. Your personal data will only be used by or on behalf of us and will not be made available to third parties. Below is exactly what you can expect from us and the rules we follow.

Applicability

This privacy statement applies to the processing of:

  • the personal information provided by participants of evangelization trips, young people met during the trips, donors, associates and volunteers, and
  • Data obtained as a result of your visit to and use of our website.

Processing your data

Participants of the trips are asked for personal information (name, phone number, email address, date of birth, Copy of health card) in order to collect necessary information for the accommodation location, for travel insurance, for the organization of the trip, to provide them with information about the trip and to charge the costs. The phone number is also collected to put them in touch with other participants prior to the trip.

Young people met during an evangelization trip will be asked for personal information (name, phone number, email address, facebook details, city and country) to get in touch with them later as a result of the first meeting, and put them in touch with a person from a local church congregation.

Beach Mission maintains donor records, which also record personal data of other relationships.

Beach Mission appeals to its relations through actions and campaigns to contribute to the goal of our foundation. We collect personal data (name, address, place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address) in order to provide you with targeted information about our work and to ask you for financial support for it. The collection of personal data is done through the website when you sign up through the website as a donor or for the digital newsletter. Personal recruitment also takes place (via an application form or a phone call).

Financial data and personal data are collected to execute the agreement (donation). This data will not be provided to third parties for commercial purposes.
